PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE - 2008
 

Ladies,

Welcome to the bowls’ season of 2008.

For me, it is a great honour to wear The Presidential Badge and to be able to represent the County of Berkshire on your behalf again.

This year is a special year for the County as it is our 75th Anniversary. There are to be some special events to celebrate this and I look forward to seeing you at these celebrations.

May I wish you all success in all your competitions and club games but, above all, enjoy your bowls – win or lose.

I would like to thank my Club, Reading, for all their support in the coming season.

I look forward to meeting  you all during the season.
